This guidebook covers all the long multi-pitch rock climbing routes in the northern half of the Sarca Valley around Dro, Pietramurata, Sarche, Vezzano, and Terlago, detailing hundreds of classic and modern routes. 

This Arco Walls guidebook covers the wildest and remotest section of the Sarca Valley where there are a remarkable number of easy to reach multi-pitch routes for everyone, along with many extreme and even aid routes.  This area is for climbers who are looking for the excitement of big walls, to feel lost in nature, and to experience huge rock faces similar to those in the Dolomites.

In total 14 separate crags are detailed, including all the crags at Piccolo Dain (with routes up to 450m long), Monte Brento (with many routes between 800m & 1,000m long) and Monte Casale (with routes up to 1,400m long).  The guidebook also includes many multi-pitch routes between 200m and 400m long that are either fully or partially bolted, though the majority of the routes require a mountaineering approach along with the placing of Trad gear such as Cams and nuts.

All the routes are shown on a combination of either excellent hand-drawn topos or colour photo-topos, complete with a detailed description.  Additional information is given on the type of fixed protection available (if relevant) along with descent information.  The grades used are UIAA or unless the route is totally bolted then French grades are used. For each crag there is a good location map, approach information and QR codes for the parking areas.

Published in April 2021 this Arco Walls (Volume 2) guidebook is in English text throughout.  It is the only complete guide for the multi-pitch routes in the northern part of the Sarca Valley, detailing many new routes and previously unpublished crags.
