This is a selective guidebook covering over 850 of the best sport climbing and Trad rock climbing in Tasmania. In total 25 of Tasmania’s best crags are detailed covering both single pitch and multi-pitch routes. There is a great variety of rock climbing to be found in Tasmania from granite sea cliff climbing at Freycinet, basalt sport climbing at Hillwood to mixed (sport and Trad) climbing on the Dolerite of South Esk and Oran Pipes. All of this and much more is covered in this guidebook; with the majority of the crags having both sport and Trad routes. At the end of guidebook there is a short section on the best bouldering to be found in Tasmania.

There is an excellent crag summary table at the start of the guidebook detailing the number of routes covered, crag height, type of climbing (sport or Trad), rock type, walk-in distance, best months to climb, and a short summary of the climbing style to be found. At the start of each crag there is an location map, access information plus a general description of the crag. All the routes are shown on colour photo topo and a detailed route description.

Published in December 2013, this guidebook is in English text throughout and includes many excellent action photographs.
