This is a selective guidebook describing the trad/alpine multi-pitch routes around Palermo, the capital of Sicily.  The guidebook concentrates on routes in the Capo Gallo area that are between 100m to 300m long and are graded between F5b to F6c (with an emphasis on F6a).

The Capo Gallo area is dominated by the Monte Gallo massif that offers a wide range of adventurous rock climbing routes.  This guidebook describes 15 trad multi-pitch routes on Monte Santa Margherita and Quota 280 (the triangle on Monte Galle).  All the routes are shown on both colour photo topos and hand-drawn topos, along with a description, and the recommended trad gear required.  Detailed access and descent information and maps are also provided.

Published in 2021 this guidebook is in Italian, German and English text throughout.  As well as the routes the guidebook provides general information for the visiting climber.
