Description

This is a selective guidebook to some of the best climbing within a couple of hours drive of Brisbane in south east Queensland, Australia. Over 1,250 routes are described at 10 crags that offer different rock types and angles, both bolted and traditionally protected.

The crags covered are the ever popular Kangaroo Point in urban Brisbane, plus Pages Pinnacle, Tinbeerwah, Mount Ngungun, Mount Beewah, Mount Ninderry, Mount Coolum, Mount Tibrogargan, Serpent, and Brooyar.

At the start of each crag there is a location map, approach information and a general description of the style of climbing. Coloured dots differentiate between sport (red) and traditional (black) routes. The routes are shown on colour photo topos along with detailed descriptions.

Published in 2018 (updated 2nd edition), this guidebook is in English text throughout and includes many excellent action photographs.
